We operate a total of 20 production lines for liquids, powders, and waxes, filling tens of thousands of products daily and delivering hundreds of thousands of products weekly. Our high-efficiency production capacity makes it easy to fulfill large orders within specified timeframes, and we have successfully addressed rapid turnaround challenges for numerous well-known brands.

Class 100,000 cleanroom

Compliance with GMPC (Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics) ensures a highly clean environment for critical processes such as product filling and formulation by strictly controlling airborne particles and microorganisms, thereby minimizing contamination and ensuring product safety and quality consistency.

20 production lines operating simultaneously

With multiple production lines operating simultaneously, we can fill tens of thousands of bottles a day and complete hundreds of thousands of bottles a week.

End-to-End Quality Control System

From raw material receipt to finished product shipment, we maintain a comprehensive quality traceability chain, including documentation systems for raw material safety registration, production batch records, and environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, and microbial testing), ensuring that every batch of products is fully traceable.
